Search for your organisation. If it is listed, the entry is yours to claim and correct, and claiming puts your name on it instead of ours. If it is not, the same search leads to the form that adds it.
How a claim is proved
- By an address at your own domain. We send a one-time link, you click it, the entry is yours. About ninety seconds.
- By your own social account, where that account is your whole presence. You post a code we give you and a person checks it.
- By a person, where we hold no website for you and so there is nothing to check an address against.
Which one applies is worked out from what we already hold about you, not from what you tell us about yourself. The page afterwards says which of the three happened, because one badge meaning three different strengths of proof would be the kind of small dishonesty this record exists to be the opposite of.
